About Our Company
Earl D. Sheeley originally founded Earl D. Sheeley & Son, Inc. to provide quality fuel delivery services the community could depend on. The business was eventually passed down to his son, Horace Sheeley, who would own and operate the fuel business for many years. In 1999, James R. Sheeley, Horace’s son, became the third generation to run the family business.
James furthered his services by adding a construction component in addition to the fuel business. He formed his company, Sheeley Oil & Excavating, Inc. while still holding onto the family business and small, hometown services. We are proud to offer professional excavation projects and efficient fuel delivery for our local area.
In 2014, Sheeley Oil & Excavating received the Pride of Sullivan County Award for the Town of Neversink by the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce. The award recognized our efforts toward the betterment of our town and the entire Sullivan County community.
